Here are latest construction updates on the new Cagayan de Oro City Library located along Don Apolinar Velez Street beside Pelaez Sports Center showing continuing vertical works for the 5-storey building. When completed, it will also house the office of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines and 52 classrooms of the City Central School.
