Manolito Garces of New Eden, Pangantucan, Bukidnon has just bagged the Best Arabica Coffee in the 2023 Philippine Coffee Quality Competition. The awarding was one of the highlights of the just concluded Philippine Coffee Expo held at the World Trade Center in Pasay City. Congratulations!
Actually, 4 Bukidnon coffee growers were recognized after landing in the Top 10 in the Arabica Category. They are as follows:
- Junmar Gunayan (MILFACO) in 4th place
- Arnold Pina (BMMPC) in 6th place
- Rosebele Sulatan (MILFACO) in 9th place

Meanwhile, Anatista Perez (Don Narciso Cafe) of Misamis Oriental and Alexander Sumania of Cagayan de Oro were both given Merit Award for their significant contribution to the coffee industry during the Recognition Ceremony of the Philippine Coffee Expo 2023. Congratulations to both!
