Now on soft opening, Arturo’s Filipino Restaurant and Bar caters to those who love al fresco dining but it also has an air-conditioned indoor dining room. By the way, Arturo’s Uptown is still on soft opening so they only accept cash payments at the moment. Their grand opening is set on June 28, 2023.
