“Dead people voting” will soon be a thing of the past…this after Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy and the City Comelec Director Atty. Ramil Acol together with Evangeline Tapangan of the City Civil Registrar and Alice Therese Gil, Division Chief Death Division signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to clean the voters registration list in the City. Names of the departed which remains in the voters list has been a common issue during election period.
