Here are the latest progress update of the new CDO Eastern Diversion Road, a 4.25-kilometer 2-lane alternate road which starts at South Diversion Road (near Alegria Hills) and traverses the mountain slopes of Macasandig, Nazareth and Camaman-an towards JR Borja Extension and eventually to Lapasan. Earthworks are still ongoing.

This road has not yet been connected to the South Diversion Road at Alegria Hills.

Completion of the road depends on the annual budget allocation by the DPWH.
