DPWH Secretary Manuel Bonoan led today’s formal inauguration of the 2.3-kilometer new CDO River Boulevard together with Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy, Congressmen Rufus Rodriguez and Lordan Suan, JICA representatives, other government officials and guests. The riverside roadway will still be closed to vehicular traffic until further notice. It has four entry and exit points: JR Borja, Montalvan, Abellanosa and Puntod.
