Jovelyn G Delosa, Associate Professor of Northern Bukidnon State College in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon and Rex M Sario, Master Teacher I of Balogo Elementary School in Pangantucan, Bukidnon were among 12 SEMI-FINALISTS for the Award for Teachers of the 2023 Metrobank Foundation Outstanding Filipinos.
The 12 Semi-Finalists were carefully selected by an independent multi-sectoral panel of the Board of Assessors and will now proceed to the Semi-Final Round. Only 12 of the 137 2nd Round Qualifiers in the academe remain in the competition which include 4 Elementary Teachers, 4 Secondary Teachers and 4 Higher Education Teachers.
The award is in partnership with DepEd Philippines and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
