32nd SEA Games boxing gold medalist Carlo Paalam and bronze medalist Markus Cezar Tongco are back in Cagayan de Oro and paid a courtesy call today, May 17 on City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy who thanked the boxers for bringing pride to the city. Paalam who won the gold in men’s boxing 54 kilograms (bantamweight) while Tongco took the bronze in men’s boxing 92 kilograms (heavyweight). Both boxers are part of the city’s amateur boxing team.
