Construction of the GMAC Logitech cold chain facility in Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City is now completed and will be inaugurated soon. The project is a joint venture between Ayala-owned AC Logistics Holdings Corp. (AC Logistics) and Glacier Megafridge, Inc. (GMI), one of the largest cold chain storage and logistical services provider in the Philippines. It is the first locator in the commercial component of the 100-hectare Bayview Heights development of Alveo Land.
The facility is envisioned to be an integral part of the supply chain of several companies and a key facility to support the region’s development.
