Police are now investigating the circumstances of a pair of human legs found thrown in a vacant lot along Masterson Avenue in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City early Saturday, April 29, 2023. Initial investigation revealed the body parts were wrapped in plaster and bandage inside a black trash bag and a carton box of a dextrose. Authorities are contemplating this could have been from a medical facility because the body parts were cleanly cut.
