Misamis Oriental remained in the lead in the overall medal tally in the ongoing 2023 Palarong Pampook Northern Mindanao Regional Athletic Association (NMRAA) Cluster 2 with 117 medals including 36 gold, 42 silver and 39 bronze medals.
