A police corporal assigned in Cagayan de Oro City is facing charges of concubinage and violation of Republic Act No. 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women. and their Children (VAWC) Act of 2004 after he was caught by his legal wife inside the boarding house of his alleged girlfriend in Lapasan, this city yesterday, April 29. Both “Mark” and “Cristy” are now in police custody awaiting charges to be filed against them.
