TH Cagayan Mall Puerto, the first foray into the malling business of homegrown retail company TH Cagayan Inc. held its formal topping off ceremony today, April 18, 2023. Construction works will now shift to exterior and interior finishing, electro-mechanical works, plumbing and other auxiliary works. The 4-storey commercial building is scheduled to be completed by end of July to early August with formal opening set sometime in October this year.
Executives of TH Cagayan Inc. together with project contractors led the topping off ceremony about a year since construction started.

Earlier, the project management recognized several personnel who contributed to the achievement of 300,000 safe man hours and zero accident.
TH Cagayan Mall Puerto is a 4-level mall development with the lot area of 2,714.46 sqm with a total gross floor area of 7,587.75 sqm.
