The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-10) is currently constructing the first steel tunnel under bridge in Cagayan de Oro City as part of the Upper Carmen-Patag-Kauswagan Road Project. This is located at the back of Golden Village and probably part of Package 5 since the road link to Camp Evangelista is under Package 6.
When completed, it will look similar to this one below.

The road project will bypass the existing road and a bridge will be built over it. You can observe the short steel tunnel already installed.
