Amid the Easter Sunday celebration, drama unfolded at a beach resort in Cabadbaran City when an expectant mother suddenly gave birth in one of the resort’s cottages. In a viral video by Pinky Uriarte, a traditional midwife or “mananabang” is shown assisting in the delivery of the baby and then performed a newborn resuscitation after the baby appeared to be not breathing. After continuous interventions by her, the baby was revived.
