More poles have now arrived for the Iligan City Street Light Project. Shown in photos is City Councilor Atty. Marlene Young with the new delivery of poles to be used for the project which will install street lights from Barangay Dalipuga to Barangay Buruun. Councilor Young chairs the City Council Committee on Trade, Commerce and Industry, Committee on Energy, as well as Public Works and Highways.

The project is among the major plans of City Mayor Frederick Siao to address peace and order in the city by illuminating the streets which will minimize crimes particularly at night.
