Misamis Oriental 2nd District Congressman Yevgeny Vincente “Bambi” Emano recently led separate formal groundbreaking ceremonies of two major road infrastructure projects in Manticao and Opol towns that form part of the proposed Misamis Oriental West Diversion Road (MOWDIR). Each project has a total project cost of P46,450,089.23.
The first groundbreaking and capsule laying ceremony was held last March 30 in Upper Malubog, Manticao, Misamis Oriental and attended by Manticao Mayor Stephen Tan and other local officials. Meanwhile, the second groundbreaking event was held last April 4 in Awang, Opol, Misamis Oriental and attended by Opol Mayor Jay Francis Bago and other local officials.
