The place is just a mere 10-12 minute drive from Balingoan Municipal Hall and is a popular camping and picnic ground with a Tagaytay-feel like atmosphere overlooking Camiguin. GETTING THERE. The place is very easy to locate. Just follow the road right beside Balingoan Municipal Hall and go straight towards Barangay Kauswagan. All roads are 2 lanes and concrete and accessible by all types of vehicles. Vista del Paraiso is approximately 400 meters after passing Kauswagan Elementary School on the right.
