Sundae Mae Indino and Ronald Baa, both from Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines along with eight other talented singers from six different countries got to sing with The Tabernacle Choir and performed at Temple Square during the 193rd Annual General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints held last April 1-2, 2023 at Salt Lake City in Utah, USA.
Significantly, both Kagayanons were the only Filipinos selected to the choir.
Accordingly, this was the first time ever that singers from outside the U.S. joined the Choir during a general conference. Other global singers are from Brazil, Ghana, Malaysia, Mexico and Taiwan.
Before the big event, both underwent training and preparation.
