Construction of the 4-storey Maritime Industry Authority Regional Office Building (MARINA-X) will soon start following the recent groundbreaking ceremony at the project site located in Poblacion, El Salvador City. MARINA-X Regional Director Annabell P. Lagas and El Salvador City Mayor Edgar S. Lignes led the milestone event.
