In relation with the newly-established subterranean drainage along CM Recto Avenue, the elevation of Limketkai Avenue near the junction has also now been raised several feet from the existing road level. Civil works are still ongoing. When completed, the ramp and driveway of Limketkai Luxe Hotel will just be slighty higher than the existing road.
This is the completed section of Limketkai Avenue right across Limketkai Gateway Tower and beside Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.
You can observe the new elevation by comparing with the guardhouse at left built on the original road level.
Note the hotel driveway right across.
Once the northbound lanes of Limketkai Avenue are done, the southbound lanes ae next to be closed and elevated.
Portion of CM Recto Avenue towards Puregold now elevated.
Work on the eastbound lanes of CM Recto has also started.
The westbound lanes of CM Recto in front of USTP are now elevated.
This stretches towards Bitan-ag Creek.
