The newly-completed Kagay-an Extension Bridge in Cagayan de Oro City will be temporarily opened to traffic starting tomorrow, Wednesday, April 5 for a dry run during the duration of the long holiday and contractors will be checking the settlement as traffic flow continues. This is according to a source from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH-10). The bridge project is part of the JICA-funded Flood Risk Management Project for Cagayan de Oro River (FRIMP-CDOR).
