Dayondon sumitted Mount Everest on May 16, 2007 as part of an all-women Philippine Expedition.

In 2018, she reached the summit of Vinson Massif in Antarctica, thereby completing the Seven Summits. She previously conquered Mount Denali (2006), Mount Elbrus (2013), Mount Kosciuszko (2014), Mount Kilimanjaro (2015), and Mount Aconcagua (2017).

Born and raised in Don Carlos, Bukidnon, Dayondon took up Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan in Cagayan de Oro where she joined the Xavier University-Ateneo Mountaineering Society (XU-AMS). As part of an XU-AMS expedition, Dayondon reached the summit of Mount Kitanglad in Bukidnon in 1995 for her first successful major climb.
Dayondon is currently an officer of the Philippine Coast Guard with the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade.
