Check out the latest progress update on the Kagay-an Bridge Improvement Project which is now almost done. As shown, works on the remaining side rails is ongoing. The project is part of the JICA-funded Flood Risk Management Project for Cagayan de Oro River (FRIMP-CDOR). Once this is completed, the temporary detour will be removed. Photos by TRip ni ToniO.
