PROGRESS WATCH: Metro Cagayan de Oro and Northern Mindanao

Patients confined at Capitol University Medical Center (CUMC) in Gusa, Cagayan de Oro City are now complaining about the loud noise from motorbikers drag racing along Gusa Highway right in front of the hospital.
