Here’s a quick update on the construction of TH Mall in Puerto, Cagayan de Oro City. As shown, it seems that the commercial building will only have 3 floors but with high ceiling. It was originally planned as a 4-storey building but perhaps there are changes. Still, construction is not yet finished. Photos by TRip ni ToniO.
