The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB-X) has issued a last warning to taxi drivers who continue to refuse passengers after receiving complaints on some erring taxi drivers who alley in Ororama, Cogon, Cagayan de Oro City. A team from LTFRB-X conducted an inspection in the said area yesterday reminding taxi drivers that they are not allowed to refuse passenger despite the distance of their destinations. Accordingly, the next time LTFRB-X receives a similar complaint, they will be issued ticket, and may even face heavier penalties from the office.
