Former Corpus Christi Knight APL MCANDREI “ANDY” GEMAO, who became the youngest member of Gilas Pilipinas Under-16 team during the FIBA Asian Championship in Doha, Qatar last year at 15 years old, has taken its high-flying and slam dunking acts in the ongoing NCAA Season 98 Juniors Basketball Tournament. Now playing for Colegio de San Juan de Letran, the 6’1 athletic guard has been considered as among the top high school players to watch for.

Watch some of his highlights of NCAA Season 98 below.
Last year, Gemao of Iligan City was chosen to be part of Gilas youth squad for the FIBA Under-16 Asian Championships in Qatar.

Born in 2006, Gemao was a vital cog for Corpus Christi School in Cagayan de Oro City leading the Knights to the championship in the 2018 SBP-Passerelle Mindanao Regional Finals.

He eventually played for National University’s Nazareth School.

This year, he enrolled at Colegio de San Juan de Letran and just recently, scored 35 points in his best game so far for the Squires in front of his idol and former Letran great Rey Nambatac (SOURCE).
