Vandalism is still prevalent in Cagayan de Oro. Early today at around 4:40am, January 31, 2023, a lone suspect was caught on CCTV spray-painting the roll-up door of an office in Barangay Gusa. The suspect whose face can be clearly seen was wearing a jacket over a polo shirt, knee pants, slippers, was carrying a backpack and holding a helmet indicating he could be driving a motorcycle. The owner was shocked to see this vandalism this morning.
