Having trouble finding a ride during the wee hours of the night? Worry not as ANGKAS riders will hit the streets of Cagayan de Oro City again soon as the motorcycle ride-hailing app makes its return three years after its initial pilot run in the city. The good news was confirmed through its official Facebook page.
It can be recalled that last November 2022, representatives of Angkas sought clearance from the City Council through the Committee on Public Utilities, Energy and Transportation chaired by Hon. Romeo Calizo for their pilot episode to which there was no objection.
