If it’s your first time, here is the procedure.
STEP 1. Staff at the entrance will welcome and ask you how many are you in the group. Then, she will coordinate with another staff inside to look for a table for your group. If the restaurant is full, you are advised to wait for a while until a table is available. Seats are provided outside the place.

STEP 2. The second staff will usher you to your table and place a Table Number which means the table is reserved for your group. Large groups are often ushered to either of the three private rooms (Jose, Pedro, Anecita). You can reserve ahead by booking (09656423116).

STEP 3. Once your group has settled at your table, you can already get your plates at the lower shelves of the buffet area. Silverware (spoons and forks) are found first at the right section if you’re facing the buffet. You can then fill up your plate with the dishes at the buffet set and return to your table to eat. You can go back to the buffet anytime to refill. Staff are always monitoring the buffet set for refill needs.

STEP 4. Drinks (Pepsi products) are also unlimited and the soda fountain is found on the left side of the restaurant. You can get drinking glasses from inside the refrigerator beside it. Ice is also available beside the soda fountain. Free drinking water is available at water dispenser beside the ref. Meanwhile, bottled water (Php 60) and beer cans (Php 100) can be found inside the ref.
STEP 5. Go to the counter near the entrance and tell the cashier your Table Number. Do declare if anyone in your group can avail of the discounts (Child/ Senior Citizen/PWD/Solo Parent). She will then verify and validate how many are you in the group and then give you a billing. Pay in cash.
