Losing you cellphone at the start of the new year might not be a good sign but thanks to an honest taxi driver, an employee of the City Government of Cagayan de Oro returned the cellphone left by the employee. Taxi driver Cromwell P. Oliver, who is a resident of Barangay 10 this city, has been working with KELCO Transport for three years now. His honesty is something that every taxi driver should emulate.
