Some 500 taxi drivers from various transport terminals in Cagayan de Oro City received gasoline coupons worth P1,000 each distributed by staff of City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy just before the New Year celebration. It has been a tradition for Mayor Klarex to give out fuel coupons to taxi drivers during special occasions as a gift.
