Remember Valley View Township which we featured way back before the pandemic? The proposed 14-hectare mixed-use development to be located in Sta Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental will be breaking ground soon. Sources state it will be in mid-January 2023.
To be developed by RGJ Realty Corporation, the project will be composed of eight clusters of midrise (12-storey with Penthouse) condominiums and 32 units of high-end villas neatly nestled along the property ridge, and well-planned roads and pathways. RGJ Realty Corporation is owned by former congressman Romeo G. Jalosjos, thus the initials.

The development is envisioned to be a green residential address with amenities of urban life in a themed-park residential township nestled on top of a hill overlooking Macajalar Bay. Amenities for the condominium cluster include swimming pools, clubhouse, convenient stores, fitness gym and ample parking spaces.

Meanwhile, here are more renderings of the proposed Valley View Residences (courtesy of Engr Jose Tumagan Tayamora). Based on his facebook post, planning and design stage is now at 90%. This is perhaps the other half of the development. As shown, it;s another cluster of midrise condo buildings.
