The 2.3-km floodwall with boulevard stretching from Puntod-Kauswagan Bridge to JR Borja Bridge in Cagayan de Oro City is now almost done. The river boulevard has a 11.5m wide asphalt concrete road pavement (7.0 m wide carriageway, 2.0m road shoulder, and 2.5m wide parallel parking bay) and 5m wide public resting area on both sides.
The river boulevard has these access points: JR. Borja Bridge, Puntod, Abellanosa St. (below Marcos Bridge), and Montalban Street. Shown below is the junction at Puntod-Kauswagan Bridge.

Observe the triangular portion which can be converted into a park.

This is now the Puntod Section.

This is now approaching Consolacion Section.

The area at right is no-build zone which can be submerged during high river flow.

Note presence of residential houses still at the right side. This is now at Barangay Consolacion area.

The boulevard now approaches Marcos Bridge.

See the section under the bridge which is not yet asphalted.

The section under the bridge can be accessed via Abellanosa Street.

This section will be asphalted soon.

The boulevard continues towards Barangays 17, 15, 13 and 10.

This is now approaching the area formerly Isla de Oro.

The large riverside area is again part of the no-build zone.

The boulevard now approaches access point at Montalvan Street near Iglesia Ni Cristo.

You can see Burgos Street at left which is parallel with the boulevard.

The section makes a turn at JR Borja Bridge.

The juction at JR Borja Bridge is the southern access to the boulevard.
