In its Request for Quotation (RFQ), PhilHealth Regional Office 10 is inviting all interested real property owners to submit price quotations for the procurement of the said lot.
Among the lot specifications are as follows:
- Regular shape, preferably rectangular
- Frontage of at least 20 meters
- Generally flat topography
- Fronting road should be developed (concreted/asphalted)
- Vacant lot with no squatters or intruders
- Must not be prone to flooding
- Readily accessible to employment centers, city hall, shopping malls, public transportation, schools, police, fire station, etc.
- Not near pumos or bodies of water which are known to swell during rainy season
- Must not be near cemetery or dumpsite
