HUGO Restaurant + Lounge, a new spot where you can dine and chill with family and friends has just opened today at the Ground Level of SM City CDO Uptown North Wing. Hugo Northwing promises to be another favorite place to hangout with reimagined dishes, upscale cocktails, and Instagram-worthy chic interiors. Open daily from 10:00am to 3:00am.
