KORUM, Cagayan de Oro’s newest overlooking dining spot is now open. Located along the ridge beside St. Ignatius Enclave at Xavier Estates, the place is actually a 2-level building designed with a concept as a food court with several food stalls where diners can take their orders. As of today, two tenants (Casa Martinez and Kawa), and a pop-up coffee bar (Bowerbird Coffee) have opened. Other tenants are expected to start serving in the next few days or weeks. Korum is open daily from 3:00pm to 10:00pm.
GETTING THERE. Coming from Masterson Avenue (Uptown CDO), take the South Diversion Road and after passing Montierra Subdivision, make a left turn at the second junction then turn right straight towards Korum. See map below.

Parking is allowed along the road but not along the facade. Customers can park at the large parking area right across.

Korum has a wide and spacious al fresco dining area.

There are six (6) tenant spaces at the main level with two already serving. Kawa serves Filipino dish while Casa Martinez serves pizza, pasta and all-day breakfast). A 3rd tenant (Tia Maria’s) already has its signage but is yet to open.

Meanwhile, Bowerbird Coffee has a pop-up stall.

Korum is perfect for couple, family or group dining.

The place is still on soft opening as the lower level is still closed and not done yet. More tables are expected to be put up along the perimeter and open spaces as shown below. Accordingly, grand opening is set next year.
