Three lucky employees of Cagayan de Oro City Hall will each have a brand new car before the year ends as City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy announced the raffling of one brand new Toyota Innova, one Toyota Raize and one Toyota Wigo during the Christmas Party scheduled on December 16.
