Located at the upper ground level of Pelaez Arcade along Tirso Neri and Tiano Bros. Streets (above Watsons), in the former location of McDonald’s, the new café will offer a cozy and welcoming space for coffee lovers, food enthusiasts, students, and professionals to dine, work, or catch up with friends.
