The installation of a 34.5 kV underground power line—the first of its kind in Cagayan de Oro City—is now underway at Xavier University’s 21-hectare Masterson Campus in Upper Carmen, with construction having started in January through a collaboration among Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), Cagayan Electric Power and Light Company (CEPALCO), and A.N. Escalante Construction, Inc., ensuring improved visual aesthetics as all electrical power lines will be installed underground.
