The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) inaugurated its new 3-storey Regional Office building in Poblacion, El Salvador City on March 25, 2026, boosting operational capacity and reinforcing the government’s anti-drug campaign. The event was led by PDEA Director General Isagani R. Nerez, PDEA-10 Regional Director Alex Tablate, and City Mayor Edgar S. Lignes. Officials described the facility as a product of collaboration and a symbol of service and discipline, while local leaders emphasized its role in strengthening partnerships and promoting a safer community. The new office marks the latest relocation of a national government agency to the city.
