As construction of GRÜN Resort Dahilayan in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon continues to gain momentum, Rowland Agullana, founder of CS+A Design Studio and the visionary behind the eco-resort’s design, has been named a 2026 ARC Icon Awardee during the recent Worldbex at the SMX Convention Center Manila. The project showcases how “culture and nature” can serve as the core foundations of immersive resort architecture, creating a distinct retreat that harmonizes with the Bukidnon landscape while offering a blueprint for future tropical developments, with the award—presented by ARC Circle Collective—recognizing architects, designers, and projects that exemplify excellence, innovation, impact, and leadership in shaping today’s built environment.
Once completed, GRÜN Resort is expected to offer luxurious accommodations and modern amenities while allowing guests to fully experience the natural beauty and tranquility of Bukidnon.
