Grithney Jhyn “Cheng” Dadang of Alubijid, Misamis Oriental was named Most Valuable Player (MVP) in the recently concluded UAAP Season 88 high school girls’ beach volleyball tournament. Dadang powered the University of Santo Tomas to a thrilling 24-22, 12-21, 15-13 victory over Adamson University at SM Sands by the Bay, securing the UAAP girls’ beach volleyball title. A product of Angelicum Learning Center and Bulua Central School in Cagayan de Oro City, Dadang was also the Rookie of the Year in Season 86. Congratulations!
