Alming Guest House is set to open its second branch in Cagayan de Oro, with a new four-storey building rising in Bayabas along the beachfront. Initially referred to as “Alming Guest House by the Bay,” the property is currently under construction and features an infinity pool—similar to its first branch in Mabulay Subdivision—positioning it as a budget-friendly resort-style accommodation. Recent aerial snapshots by Cdonskie show that structural works have reached the third and fourth floors, with the pool already completed, while interior finishing is now underway. The upcoming facility forms part of a growing network of budget inns that own D’Morvie Suites.
