Construction of Metro Central Mall in Oroquieta City reached a major milestone with the recent topping-off ceremony, attended by the city mayor, local government officials, and mall executives. The event marked the completion of the building’s structural framework and signaled steady progress toward the mall’s opening. Meanwhile, excitement is also building among residents as several well-known brands have been confirmed as the mall’s pioneering tenants, including Shakey’s, Chowking, McDonald’s, Kenny Rogers Roasters, Handyman, Watsons, with more expected to follow.
The upcoming mall is seen as a significant boost to the city’s retail, dining, and business landscape, creating new jobs and offering more shopping and lifestyle options for the local community.
Once completed, Metro Central Mall is poised to become a new commercial hub and gathering place for Oroquieta and nearby towns.
