Bernwood de Oro, a 20-storey residential condominium developed by Iloilo-based Eon Realty and Development Corporation, is set to launch soon in Cagayan de Oro City, rising on a 2,000-square-meter property along Max Suniel Street directly across Cagayan de Oro College Senior High School in Carmen. The development will feature 828 residential units with balconies, 128 parking slots located in the basement and first two floors, four commercial spaces, and lifestyle amenities, including a fitness gym, swimming pool, and study hub.
