Groundworks are now in full swing for SM City Iligan, with three tower cranes already erected as the project prepares to shift to vertical construction. Targeted to open by late 2027, the three-level mall will have a gross floor area of 102,481.76 square meters. It will be the first SM Supermall in the province and the third in Northern Mindanao.
