All six detainees who escaped from Cagayan de Oro City Police Station No. 6 (PS6) in Puerto are now back in police custody after the last two suspects, Roderick Fuentes and Carl Vincent Gonzaga, were arrested in Upper Puerto. The two allegedly tried to evade authorities by hiding in bamboo groves and grassy areas but were eventually captured. Earlier, Joshua Decatoria was apprehended in Barangay Agusan, Mark Anthony Gonzaga and Jay Emmanuel Salcedo were recovered in Barangay Camaman-an, and another suspect, John Mark Deatras, was turned over by authorities from Bukidnon.
