What once existed only as a shared vision of two pioneering women—Lola Conegunda “Gunding” Bolante Opay and Dr. Esther Aida Opay-Belarmino—has now taken shape as the Opay Doctors Legacy Hospital. The two-storey medical facility, to be located in Bagong Dawis, Baroy, Lanao del Norte, formally broke ground last December 7. Medical professionals, family members, and invited guests attended the milestone event, marking the start of a healthcare institution founded on faith, service, and a multi-generational legacy.
